My new challenge is designed to help you find the time to fit a daily workout into your schedule.  Set that alarm 15 minutes earlier and create the consistency your body will love.

You can choose to focus on a particular muscle group, say glutes or upper body, or go with a full body flow or stretch.  You could even put two of them together if you have more time, the choice is yours.
