Payment & Billing

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes you can use your credit card to pay or your PayPal account.

Your monthly membership is deducted automatically each month.

Do you automatically bill my credit card / paypal each month?

Yes, think of your membership as a subscription, its auto billed every month on the day you took out your membership.

Can I cancel or pause my membership?

Yes you can cancel anytime you want, but I don't offer a refund on partially used memberships.

You can cancel your subscription by going to "my account " in the top right corner , then go to "my subscription" and you can cancel it there.

If you joined using a coupon code then unsubscribe and want to rejoin, that code will no longer be valid and the cost will be $39.95

Do you offer a free trial?

I don't offer a free trail but I do have an option to trial some of our popular classes via the link on the homepage.

Do I need to have Facebook to join?

No you don't. Our members only FB page is the platform where I provide updates on what's happening and we can all encourage each other here

Classes

How many classes should I do a week?

I recommend 2-3 if you want to see change.

Are the classes suitable to do while pregnant?

If we were in the Studio I would say yes as I could modify things to suit but as that is not the case I am not recommending the classes during pregnancy or until after your 6 week clearance from your doctor.

Do you offer face to face classes?

I teach face to face classes in Jindabyne. Privates also available by appointment.
