Mat Pilates is based on the original 34 exercises developed by Joseph Pilates and are strengthening exercises focused on your core and designed to bring balance to the whole body.

All of these can be modified to increase or decrease the challenge making it it suitable for all ages and abilities. As you progress you will notice improvements in your mobility, joint stability, core strength, and body awareness.
