20 minutes/day 14 day full body challenge
Join me for our brand new challenge . Set aside 20 minutes /day for the next 14 days as we work the entire body. Although each class is full body, we will fatigue some muscles more than others in each class.
In this challenge there are prop free classes but you will also need a set of small hand weights, a small pilates ball, and a long Thera band. Enjoy. x
